摘要
本文研究了新显色剂8-(2-羟基-3,5-二硝基苯偶氮)-1,2,4-氨基羟基萘磺酸的合成及其光度法测定钒的条件。在0.4~1.2mol/L盐酸介质中,显色剂与钒(V)形成黄色络合物,其络合比为V(V):R=1:3。摩尔吸光系数为1.4×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(1-)。可在掩蔽剂作用下,不经分离直接测定矿样中的钒。
A new reagent 8-(2-hydroxy-3, 5-dinitrophenylazo)-l-amino-2-hydroxy-4-naphthalenesulfonic acid(ANSP) is synthesized. The color reaction of ANSP with vanadium( Ⅴ ) has been studied. The molar ratio of V( Ⅴ ) to ANSP in the complex is 1 : 3 in the range of 0. 4-1. 2 mol/L HC1. The molar absorption efficiency is 1. 4× 104L · mol-1 · cm-1 at 420 nm. The method is applied to the determination of vanadium( Ⅴ ) in ores by spectrophotometry.
