摘要 本文利用同步扫描-化学除氧胶束增稳室温燐光法研究了痕量菲和荧蒽的同时测定。考察了菲和荧蒽二元混合物中两组分的相互干扰限量。讨论了在胶束体系中菲和荧蒽相互干扰的机理。实验表明,适宜的△λ为186nm。菲和荧蒽的同步峰分别位于480nm和547nm。该法的线性范围为:菲为2.7×10~7~4×10^(-6)mol/L,荧蒽为2.2×10^(7-)~1×10^(-5)mol/L。检出限为:菲为2.7×10~7mol/L,荧蒽为2.2×10^(-7)mol/L。相对标准偏差小于3%。 The simultaneous determination of trace phenanthrene and fluoranthene was studied by synchronous scan-chemical deoxygenation micelle stabilized RTP. The experimental result indicates that suitable Δλ is 186 nm. Synchronous peak of phenanthrene and fluoranthene is situated at 480 and 547 nm in the mixture ,respectively. The limitative quantity of interference between both components in binary mixture was examined. The deduction method for the interference of fluoranthene for measuring phenanthrene was described. Finally ,possible mechanism of interference between both components was discussed in the micelle solution. The linear range of synchronous MS-RTP analytical curve is 2. 7 × 10-7-4 × 10-6mol/L for phenanthrene and 2. 2×10-7-1×10 6mol/L for fluoranthene ,respectively. The detection limit is 2. 7×107mol/L for phenanthrene and 2. 2×10-7'mol/L for fluoranthene ,respectively. The relative standard deviation is less than 3%. The result of the determination for double components in synthetic samples is satisfied.
