摘要 本文利用乙基罗丹明B(ERB)和磷钼酸(PMo)或砷钼酸(AsMo)缔合物吸光度具有加和的特性,建立了在同一显色条件下,用ERB同时测定痕量磷和砷的水相光度法,方法具有灵敏、简便和快速的优点,已成功地用于钢和试剂中痕量磷和砷的同时测定,试剂中磷和砷的测定下限分别为2×10^(-6)%(1g)和5×10^(-6)%(1g)。 A highly sensitive and convenient spectrophotometric method was described for the simultaneous determination of P and As, based on the ion-associate comlex formed by heteropoly acid with ethyl rhodamine B(ERB) in the presence of PVA-124. Their absorbance maxima of the ion-associate complexes are at 584 nm, and absorbance of the two ion-associate complexes have additive property. The apparent molar absorptivity of ERB-PMo and ERB-AsMo is 2. 2×105 and 2. 4×105 L · mol-1 · cm-1 .respectively. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 2. 5μg/25ml for P and As. The color of the aqueous solution is stable for at least 1 h. The interference of As(Ⅴ) is eliminated by adding mixed reductant, when P is determined using the method. P and As in steel and some chemical reagent are determined directly by the proposed method with satisfactory results.
