摘要 在产品冲击脆值及其破损边界曲线理论基础上形成的所谓缓冲包装设计"五步法",一直是运输包装结构设计的基本依据.近30年来的实践证明,这种缓冲设计方法的各个步骤中都存在保守因素,尤其是产品冲击脆值的确定,保守性更为突出,其中一条重要原因就是在冲击试验机上测试产品冲击破损边界时,输入激励为矩形脉冲(或梯形脉冲),这与实际情况不符.尽管由这种激励可以实现最严酷的冲击响应,但最终致使包装结构往往为过份包装.为克服这种弊端,提出可以根据实际输入激励下冲击响应谱(SRS)实现缓冲包装设计,此原理可为克服其保守性提供一个有效可行的方法. Obtaining product shock fragility by means of damage boundary curve (DBC).And using it as basic data for buffer package designs, which are often liable to conservative structures .One of the main reasons lead to above situation is that the import impetus is rectanguar impulse which can cause most severe responsive conditions . Nevertheless, the over packaging structure due to the conservative design would bring up material wasting, cost increasing and negative effects for environment .To realize buffer package design based on SRS provided will be an important approach to improve the buffer packaging design.
