摘要
用PIV(ParticleImageVelocimetry)技术测量两相流中稀相微粒速度场时,稀相微粒起着示踪粒子的作用,其浓度低,粒子图像离散性强,需要发展跟踪单个粒子图像的算法才能确定粒子的速度矢量。本文介绍了基于BICC(BinaryImageCross-Correlationalgorithm)算法的PIV粒子图像跟踪技术,用数值模拟的方法对几个典型的粒子图像场进行了粒子对的识别,并且对该算法模式中粒子对数、粒子半径等问题作了讨论。最后用所述方法对直管道中玻璃球-空气两相流50微米玻璃球粒子图像进行了实例分析,结果令人满意。
PIV(Particle Image Velocity) technique is used to measure the dilute phase velocity field in the two-phase flow, in which the dilute phase particles act as tracer particles. When the concentration of the particle is low, it is necessary to develop an image analysis algorithm for tracing single particle image couple. In the paper, the image analysis technique of PIV based on Binary Image Cross-Correlation (BICC) algorithm is introduced. Then several typical flow fields are numerically simulated and used to verify the algorithm. The influence of the particle couple number in the identification mode, the radius value of the particle image and some other important parameters on the relation coefficient are discussed. The proper particle couple number is about 8-12. At last, the 50μm glass ball-air two phase flow field in a square pipe is determined by PIV and BICC algorithm, the result is satisfactory.
