摘要 本文结合流动注射技术和离子交换树脂比色法,对橙黄色的铋-碘络合物进行直接测定。提出两种定量分析方法:斜率法和累加法。具有快速、简便、重现性好等特点。方法用于水中微量铋的测定,结果令人满意。 Ion-exchanger phase absorptiometry combined with flow-injection analysis has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of bismuth in natural waters. The attenuation of incident light by the yellow bismuth-iodide complex on the anion-exchanger packed in a flow-through cell was continuously recorded with a spectrophotometer at 490nm. Accumulation method and slope method which should be superior to conventional calibration curve method for quantitative analysis have also been described in the article. Results obtained with the proposed method are satisfactory. The proposed method can be applied to the determination of trace amounts of bismuth with the advantages of high sampling rate and good reproducibility.
