摘要
现代教育技术在各级各类学校教育实践中的应用,决不仅仅只是一种教学方式与手段的进步或革新,实际上它正在引发和推动着我国教育教学思想、教育体制以及教育的过程与方式、方法发生根本性变革。正确、充分地认识现代教育技术在促进教育改革方面的作用和功能,进一步推动教育技术在教学实践中的应用,对于推进教育教学改革的深入发展,加快素质教育、创造教育的实施具有十分重要的意义。
The application of modern educational technology is by no means only a change of the teaching aids, but a significant reform of education system and renewal of educational views and means. To get a better understanding of the roles and functions of modern education technology in the educational reform, and to promote the application of modern education technology in the teaching practice is of significance for deepening the educational reform and speeding up quality-oriented education development.
