摘要
经济学对薪酬问题的研究伴随着社会经济技术的发展和组织管理实践的创新已经相当系统化,其理论观点已被广泛应用于组织的管理实务中,无论是薪酬设计模式,还是具体的管理技术和方法,无一不折射出这些理论的精髓。从经济学视角,分析微观薪酬理论的演变轨迹,把握其内在的逻辑联系,无疑对于我国企业薪酬管理实践具有重要的理论指导意义。
As the development of social technology & economy and innovation of organizationalmanagement practice, Economic research on compensation has systematized, many ideas of whichhave been applied to organizational management practice and have great influence on managementactivities. From the standpoint of economics, micro-compensation theory's evolution is analyzed andthe intrinsic logicality is grasped, which has important theory-instructional meaning for enterprises'compensation management practice.
