摘要
胶带输送机重载直接起动严重降低了设备的使用寿命 ,采用软启动器起动实现了电动机的平滑起动与运行 ,最大限度地消除了机械、电气冲击 ,延长了设备的使用寿命。论文着重对软启动器在工作过程中出现的问题进行了认真分析 ,从换向器、阻容保护的工作原理出发 ,根据实际需要对其进行了技术改造 ,效果明显。
Direct starting of the belt conveyor with over loading reduces operation life, however,application of soft-starter can realize smooth starting and operation, eliminate impact on mechanism and electric to the utmost extent,prolong operation life of the service.This article emphasize that after serious analysis of problems happened during working process of soft-starter,on the basis of the operation principle of commutator and protection of the resistance-capacitance,technology improvement can be operated according to actual need,and its effect is rather obvious.
