A Preliminary Study on the Spatial Distribution of Larvae of Nesobiprion zhejiangensis Zhou et Xiao and Their Sampling Method

摘要 本文通过频次分布卡方检验和八种分布型指数的测定,浙江黑松叶蜂幼虫的空间格局为负二项分布,分布的基本成份是个体群。文中还分析并计算了林间调查的最适抽样数。五种抽样方法研究表明,平行线抽样和棋盘式抽样精度较高,可供生产上推广应用。 Spatial distribution patterns of larvae of Nesodiprion zhejiangensis Zhou et Xiao were measured by Chi-square test of frequency distribution and eight iudices of aggregation. The results show that the spatial distribution pattern of larvae obeys the common negative biomial distribution, that the basic component of spatial distribution pattern is loose colony. By Iwao's methods the optimal sampling number of forest survey is also analysed and calculated, and the results of the five sampling methods show that the parallel line and scattering sampling proves to be the best.
