摘要
讨论了一种经济型的封闭式海水养殖水处理技术。包括机械过滤固体废弃物、泡沫分离悬浮物、臭氧消毒、生物膜降解“三态氮”、滴滤除去气态废弃物、贝壳调节 pH、氧气罩与溶氧罐混合氧浴增氧等工艺 ,并就研制的活性生物填料进行了净水实验。结果表明 ,经过以上系统处理后的水质指标为 :COD <2 8mg/L ,SS <7 2mg/L ,非离子氨 <0 0 2mg/L ,细菌含量低于自然海水 ,养殖牙鲆平均单产为 2 9 92kg/m2 ,成活率为 95 39%。
This paper discusses an economical water treatment technique in a mariculture recirculating system.Mechanical filtration for solid waste,foam fractionation for suspended solid,ozone disinfection,biofilm for nitrification,trickling filtration for gas waste,use of shell to adjust pH and oxygenation by a combination of an oxygen cover and an oxygen tank were studied.A new biological media was tested in the system.The water quality after treatment was as follows,COD<2.8 mg/L,SS<7.2 mg/L,NH 3<0.02 mg/L,the bacteria concentration is lower than that of nature seawater,the average yield is 29.92 kg/m2,the survival rate is 95.39%.
