摘要
本文将铀矿冶设施退役工程的辐射防护标准问题按实施过程、退役终态和废物处置分别予以考虑。根据国际放射防护委员会(ICRP)新建议书的原则区分实践和干预两类活动,在应用实践和干预的防护体系及豁免原则时进行防护最优化,可使辐射防护标准适应不同的情况和需求。
Radiation protection standard is discussed respectively according to implementa-tion process,final situation and waste disposal in the decommissioning of uranium miningand milling installation.On the basis of ICRP new recommendation the intervention activi-ties is distinguished from the practices activities,and the optimisation of protection is madein application of the system of protection in practices or interoention and the principle of ex-emption from regulatory control.Therefore formulated standards can be suitalle to differentsituation and needs.
