摘要
完善《中小企业促进法》,建立健全我国中小企业法律体系是当前一项迫切的任务,分析国外促进中小企业发展的成功经验,结合我国中小企业的改革与实践,得出相应的对策和建议具有理论和现实的双重意义。
It is an urgent task to perfect the legal system of China's Small and Medium - sized Enterprises to improve China's small and medium - sized enterprises. The purpose of this article is to put forward relative solutions and suggestions after the analysis of foreign successful experiences and Chinese reform and practices.
