摘要
跟踪调查显示,法学专业学生的素质现状与相应的职业要求还存在一定的距离,其主要表现为综合素质不理想和创新能力欠缺,由此决定了推行素质教育和创新能力培养的重要性和紧迫性。因此,对法学专业素质教育和创新能力培养应该有其特定的目标定位,并依靠对法学教学机制改革与完善的努力而去实现。
An investigation shows that there is a big gap between the current of state of the comprehensive qualities of lawmajors and the career demands. The major problem lies in the unsatisfactory standards and defects in creativity. Therefore, itis of essential and urgent importance to implement quality education and to strengthen the cultivation of creativity through thereform of the teaching mechanisms of law.
