摘要
宪法的法律属性是宪政制度的价值所在,宪法的一切价值及其制度设计都以宪法的法律属性为基础和中介。本文从价值、规范和实践三个层面上剖析和回答了宪法的法律属性所关涉的三个问题。
The value of the constitutional government lies in the law-nature of constitutional law on which the value and institution of constitution are based. The aims of this paper are to analyze and answer three questions related to constitution from three views of value, norm and practice.
