摘要
针对我国北方地区水资源严重短缺、农田水分供需矛盾日益尖锐的现状 ,提出了首选人工增雨为农田补水的思路 ,并初步设计了一个利用人工增雨为农田需水服务的农田需水信息系统框架。
North China is in a serious shortage of water resources, and the area of farmlands affected by drought is as large as about 3.2×108 hm2 in average every year. Moreover, drought in north China becomes more serious, and the living environment is deteriorated in recent years, but flood irrigation is quite common in the regions rich in water resources, whereas the croplands in the regions being in shortage of water resources cannot be irrigated by stream water, thus the groundwater in north Chine is excessively pumped. Natural precipitation occupies only 30%~50% of the total vapour in clouds, so artificial rainfall has a vast prospect in increasing precipitation, alleviating drought and reducing the volume of pumped groundwater in north China. Aiming at the actuality of the serious shortage of water resources and the increasingly intensified contradictions between the water demands and water supply in agricultural production, in this paper, artificial rainfall is suggested to alleviate the drought of croplands in north China, and a framework of information system serving for artificial rainfall over the croplands in north China is designed.
