摘要
1945年10月25日,台湾重回祖国母亲的怀抱。台湾光复后,以陈仪为首的台湾行政长官公署当局开始了全面的接收和重建。由于陈仪将教育事业的接收与重建,视为诸部门、诸领域接收与重建中的"最重要"的工作,台湾教育事业的接收工作顺利,重建工作有序。尽管陈仪在对台湾教育的整个接收与重建过程中,无论在指导思想、实际工作,还是在客观效果上,都或多或少存在着一些问题,但其取得的成绩是主流的,其主要表现在:接收与重建的指导思想明确;紧紧抓住了教育事业的根本--师资问题;学校教育注重语文、历史,国民与社会教育注重国语。
On Oct. 25, 1945, Taiwan was recovered. After the recovery, Taiwan government, led by Chen Yi, began the overall takeover and redevelopment. Since Ms. Chen regarded the work as the 'most important' one among the others, takeover of Taiwan education was smooth and successful and the redevelopment was in order. Although there are some problems in her guiding ideology, actual work or objective effect, her achievements are the leading ones including: the guiding ideology is clear; grasp the essence of education - teachers; school education emphasizes Chinese, history while national and social education emphasizes mandarin.
