摘要
综述了γ 多聚谷氨酸 (γ PGA)的研究进展。γ PGA是一种高分子可降解生物材料 ,目前 ,高产菌株的产量为 5 4 45~ 5 8 0 8g L ,多用E 培养基 ,发酵温度为 37℃ ,影响产率的因素为碳源、NaCl浓度、通气量和金属离子。用超滤和乙醇沉淀的方法提取分离纯化γ PGA。讨论了γ PGA生物合成机制及其相关基因的克隆、定位和功能。最后简述了γ
The research advances of biosynthesis of poly γ glutamic acid and its reletive genes were introduced.γ PGA is a high molecular weight and biodegre datible material.At present, the productivty rate of high activity Bacillus strains was about 54.45g~58.08g/L, E media was used mostly, the temper ature of fermentation was 37℃,influencial factors of γ PGA productivity were carbon source,concentration of NaCl,the amount of controlling air and metal ions, respectively. Superfiltration and preciptation with ethanol were used to separate and purificate γ PGA,at the same time,mechanism of biosynthesis on γ PGA was discussed, including its relative genes and cloning,locating, functions of γ PGA genes.Finally, the applications and expectation of γ PGA were discribed. ;
