多囊卵巢综合征脑脊液、血浆和卵泡液中β-内啡肽的分析

β-Endorphin Levels in Cerebrospinal Fluid,Plasma and Follicular Fluid in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

摘要 对10例正常女性及10例多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)病人的脑脊液(CSF)、血浆和卵泡液(FF)中的β-内啡肽(α-EP)进行测定.结果正常人3种体液的β-EP 浓度依次为:FF>CSF>血浆。PCOS 的 FF 及血浆中的β-EP 明显高于对照组(P<0.05);而 CSF 中的β-EP 则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。提示 PCOS 脑中β-EP 减低,使促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)分泌增加,LH 上升;FF 中β-EP 增加,可抑制卵子的成熟和运输,使卵巢内形成多个卵泡,故β-EP 在 PCOS 的发病中可能起重要作用。 The β-endorphin(β-EP)levels at cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),plasma and follicular fluid(FF) which were collected from 10 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)and 10 normal wom- en were determined by radioimmunoassay.The results revealed that(1)in normal women,the β-EP concentration was the highest at FF,second at CSF and lowest at plasma.(2)at CSF,the β-EP concen- tration in PCOS group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3)at plasma and FF,β-EP concentrations in PCOS were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05).We speculate from the results that decreased central β-EP level could lessen its inhibitory effect on gonadotropic releasing hormone(GnRH)secretion at the hypothalamus,which would result in in- creasing releasing of luteinizing hormone(LH)in the pituitary.Meanwhile the increased β-EP concen- tration at FF might inhibit the maturation and transportation of oocytes,which leads to formation of multiple degeneretive cysts in the ovaries.In conclusion,it is possible for β-EP to play an important role in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovarian syndrome.
