摘要
采用继代扩大培养基(A):MS+6—BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L和诱根成苗培养基(BR3):MS+IBA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L对20多种植物组织进行了继代培养和诱根培养的试验,结果表明这两种培养基对香蕉、芦荟、观叶花卉植物等的诱导不定芽增殖和生根作用明显,具有较好的广谱性,可用于香蕉、芦荟、观叶花卉植物等种苗的工厂化生产。
Experiment of MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L and MS+IBA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L on successive generation and root reduction of 20 plant tissue resulted that these two medium had evident effect on inducing adventitious bud multiplication and rooting.
