利用焓法和有效热容法对定形相变材料熔解过程分析的比较研究 被引量:37

摘要 由于定形相变类贮能材料在使用中不需要容器,可与传热介质直接接触,或可与建筑材料直接结合,因此正成为研究的热点。这类相变材料基本上采用有机类相变材料为基材,其相变多发生在一个较宽的温度范围内,而不具有一个确定的熔点。针对这一特点,作者分别采用有效热容法和焓法对一种以石蜡为基材的定形相变材料的熔解过程进行了分析,发现只要在焓法中相变半径根据DSC实测的结果取值,两种算法的结果一致。 The form-stable phase change material PCM) is a kind of PCMs which can be utilized without containers, can be directly contacted with heat transfer media, or be embedded directly in the building envelopments.The basic materials of such form-stable materials are generally organic PCMs, the phase change processes of which occur over a somewhat wide temperature range, not at a specific temperature. Considering this, both Effective Heat Capacity Formulation Method and Enthalpy Formulation Method are used to analyze the melting process of a form-stable PCM in which paraffin wax is the basic phase change material,it is found out that if only the phase change radius of the PCM is selected according to the test result of the DSC, the results of the two methods agree with each other well.
