业务流程再造主张对流程系统的结构进行激进式的改变 ,彻底改变企业依据劳动分工和管理分工原理所建立的系统。运用排队论评价业务流程效率 ,要深入到业务流程的作业层面 。
Process reengineering advocates making radical changes in how processing systems are strutured,such as moving away from svstems with the principles of division of labor and division of management.By formal system models from queing theory,this paper that can be used to estimate the efficiency or speed of business processes.
