摘要
采用氧气示踪的方法在f 486×8000mm的有机玻璃床内对普通流化床汽提器和盘环形挡板汽提器进行了系统的气固相传质冷态模拟实验,得出了不同汽提线速和催化剂质量流率下上述两种催化剂汽提器内油气浓度轴向分布的变化规律。根据其油气浓度轴向分布的特点,结合鼓泡流化床两相理论以及一系列的假设,提出了针对这两种汽提器的一维传质模型。由实验结果待定了一维传质模型的模型参数,获得了计算两种汽提器轴向油气浓度分布的半经验的指数关联式。该关联式和实验数据比较吻合,相对误差均在10%以内。由该关联式可进一步计算出汽提器的汽提效率,可以为工业汽提器工艺参数的优化以及工程设计提供参考。
Using oxygen tracing method, experiments of mass transfer between gas and solid phase were carried out systemically in general fluidized bed stripper and disk-donut stripper of φ486×8000 mm plexiglass fluidized bed, and the axial concentration distribution of oil gas in these two kinds of strippers at different stripping gas velocities and catalyst fluxes were obtained. According to the concentration distribution of oil gas of these two kinds of strippers, a one-dimensional model was put forward with the aid of two-phase model of bubbling fluidized bed. Based on the model, the semi-empirical equations used for the calculation of the axial oil gas concentration distribution in those two types of strippers were deduced, and the model factors used in the equations were determined by experimental results. The computed results were consistent with the experimental results and the relative errors were within 10%.
