摘要
在生物发酵过程中传统控制方法经常难以胜任,同时发酵过程积累了大量的历史数据。粗糙集理论是一种数据推理方法,文章提出将其应用于生物发酵过程的补料时机的识别与控制、发酵状态故障诊断和异常工况故障诊断,并阐述了具体思路,构造了应用框架,讨论了该方法的特点。
In fermentation process,traditional control theory is often incompetent ,and abundant historical data are accu-mulated.Rough Set Theory is a method of data reasoning.In this paper applies it in identifying occasions of substrate feeding and fault diagnosis in fermentation process.Detailed approach is given,and the characters of this application are discussed.
