摘要 综述了作为缓、控释注射给药系统载体的温度敏感型聚合物的概况,介绍了几种聚合物的胶凝机理和特点。 The thermosensitive polymers used as the carriers in injectable sustained- and controlled-release drugdelivery systems are reviewed, the mechanism of solution to gel and the characteristics of some polymers are introduced.
