摘要 根据超磁致材料的磁 -机能量耦合转换机理 ,用有限元耦合迭代方法 ,设计了超磁致材料微致动器 ,在此基础上 ,利用超磁致材料微致动器的组合构型 ,研制了一种新型超磁致球电机样机。这种球电机通过简单的运动部件产生二维运动 ,并对原型样机进行了试验测试 ,验证了新型超磁致球电机的驱动特性。通过新型超磁致球电机样机研制与试验验证 ,说明超磁致材料致动器组合构型的超磁致球电机 ,是开发球电机的一种有效方法。 An actuator of the GMM according to the magnetic-mechanic coupling translation was firstly developed by using FEM. Then through assembling of the GMM actuators in the structure a novel spherical motor was designed. It has a simple motion component, which is driven to bring two dimensional motion. At the end, the motion characteristics of the spherical motor were validated by experiments of the prototype.
