摘要
目的 了解肢体残疾医科大学生的个性特征及心理健康水平。方法 用艾森克 (EPQ)人格问卷和症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 ) ,对我校肢体残疾的临床医学系本科二、三年级大学生和同期入校、同步学习的肢体健康的临床医学系本科学生进行测试 ,将所得材料统计分析。结果 肢体残疾医科大学生 ,N和P得分高于对照组 ,E得分低于对照组 ,SCL - 90中 ,在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执等因子得分显著高于对照组。结论 肢体残疾医科大学生个性特征有别于肢体健康的大学生 。
Objective To investigate personality and mental health status of medical collegeg students with limb disabled.Methods Medical college students in grade 1 and 2, with or without limb disabled both majored in medicine faculty and enrolled in our college in the same period and studied together were tested by Eysenk Personality Questionnaire and Symptom Checklist(SCL-90). The obtained data were analyzed statistically.Results The N score and P score were higher in college students with limb disabled than those without limb disabled, while the E score was lower in the former group than in the latter one. The SCL-90, including somatization, obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, and paranoid anxiety etc, was lower in limb disabled college students than those without limb disabled ones.Conclusions The personality of medical college students with limb disabled differs from those without limb disabled. The mental health status in medical college students with limb disabled is also lower than those without limb disabled.
