摘要
应用显微组织分析、MARC有限元温度场分析、轧制实验等方法,对耐火H型钢的腹板性能进行了全面综合分析。得出耐火H型钢翼缘性能良好而腹板塑性较差,主要原因是由于腹板冷却速度过快造成的,提出改善腹板性能同时保证翼缘性能的措施,取得较理想的结果。
Based on the analysis of the microstructure and temperature field in H-beam and rolling experiment ,the property of fire resistance H-beam was revealed as the difference rate between the flange and web .The conclusion is that property of the flange better than the web,main reason of the difference is the rate of ling in the web is more than the flange.The measures for improving on properties of H-beam are put forward and the better effect has been obtained.
