摘要
以丙烯酸、膨润土为原料 ,环己烷为分散介质 ,采用反相悬浮聚合的方法合成了膨润土聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性复合材料。并对引发剂用量、交联剂用量、膨润土用量和温度对悬浮聚合反应及对产物吸水性能的影响进行了研究。所制备的吸水性复合材料颗粒度均匀 ,吸水率达 110 0g/ g。
Using acrylic acid and bentonite as start material , cyclohexane as dispersion medium , a sodium acrylate-bentonite superabsorbent composite with even size and water absorbency 1100g/g is synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization reaction . The influence of reaction conditions , such as the amount of initiator , the amount of crosslinkor , the amount of bentonite and reaction temperature on water absorbency of the composite is investigated .
