摘要
基于迭代傅里叶变换算法 ,提供了对具有 2个台阶二元光束整形元件进行位相编码的优化设计方法 ,详细研究了初始位相选取以及引入强度自由度、位相自由度在迭代傅里叶变换算法中对再现像品质的影响 。
The design method of phase encoding of laser beam shaping element with two phase levels has been investigated with modified Iterative Fourier Transform Algorithm(ITFA).The beam shaping element with higher diffraction efficiency can be obtained by selecting the initialized phase of beam shaping element and adjusting amplitude freedom(AF)and phase freedom(PF).The influences of AF and PF values on the reconstructed image quality are discussed.The design parameters will be helpful for getting the higher diffraction efficiency of laser beam shaping elements.
