摘要 采用自制的丙烯酸酯化聚氨酯(APU)和种子乳液聚合的方法,制备了一种P(APU-BA)/PMMA型的核壳粒子。探讨了pH值、APU/BA、乳化剂的加入量对乳液聚合反应的影响;用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了核壳乳液粒子的形态和大小;研究了其对环氧树脂828的增韧效果,且增韧机理符合空穴化理论。 P(APU-BA)/PMMA core-shell particles were prepared by polymerization of self-made acrylate polyurethane(APU) and seed emulsion. Effects of pH, addition of APU/BA and emulsifier on emulsion polymerization were discussed.Morphology and size of core-shell emulsion particles were observed with TEM, its toughening effects on epoxy resin828were studied and the toughening mechanism conformed to cavitation theory.
