乳腺组织中钠碘转运体表达与功能的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 对乳腺组织中钠碘转运体(NIS)的表达与功能研究进展进行综述。哺乳期乳腺和乳腺癌组织NIS的表达明显高于非哺乳期乳腺。雌激素、催产素和泌乳素可以使乳腺NIS表达增加,而高氯酸盐可以抑制乳腺对碘的摄取。NIS基因序列中的GC盒子是调节NIS转录启动子的关键因素。尽管乳腺癌表达NIS,但其摄碘能力降低或缺如。维甲酸不仅可以促进乳腺癌细胞NIS的表达增加,而且促进摄碘增多。除NIS基因突变或转录翻译水平受损外,NIS蛋白的正常定位、锚着和转位功能对摄碘能力的维持至关重要。NIS介导的同位素方法在乳腺癌诊断和治疗中具有广阔前景。
