摘要
以珞璜电厂湿式石灰石石膏法脱硫系统为例 ,分析了设备腐蚀、磨损及系统结垢的原因 ,并提出建议 :(1 )应尽量避免选用塔内部件多的吸收塔 (如填料格栅塔 ) ,而应选用中空的液柱塔 ,以减少塔内结垢的可能性 ;同时应注意保证脱硫塔运行稳定 ,减缓结垢速度。 (2 )对于脱硫系统中易腐蚀、磨损的部位及部件 ,应尽量采用防腐、耐磨的材料或采用衬胶的方法 ,以减少腐蚀和磨损。
Taking the wet limestone/gypsum desulfuration system in Luohuang Power Plant as example, the causes leading to equipment corrosion, wear out, and scaling in the said system have been analysed, and two recommendations being put forward as follows: (1)It is necessary to avoid selecting tower with many inner parts (such as tower with filler grates) as possible, and to make effort for selecting a lequid column tower with inner empty, to decrease the possibility of scaling in the tower; at the same time, to pay attention for ensuring stable operation of the said desulfuration tower for retarding the velocity of scaling; (2)For positions and parts which are easily subjecting to corrosion and wear out in the desulfuration system, anti corrosion and wear resistant materials, or rubber lining method, should be used as fully as possible, so as to decrease the occurrence of corrosion and wearout problems.
