奎屯市大气环境污染问题分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对奎屯市大气质量的评价,指出该市各功能区与各大气污染物的污染状况,以及近几年来防治大气污染所取得的成就。为了使该市大气环境问题的研究更有科学理论依据,在应用Spear—man秩相关系数法检验时,综合人为因素与气象条件,对NOx、降尘、SO_2和TSP等大气污染物进行了年际变化趋势分析。根据各种错综复杂的人为因素和自然因素相互制约关系,深入探讨了奎屯市大气污染的季节变化,特别是冬夏之间气象条件迥异对大气环境质量的影响。在上述研究基础上,结合城市发展规划,将奎屯市作为一个“箱体”,对本世纪末大气环境质量进行预测。预测结果表明,该市未来大气环保工作的任务是很艰巨的。 On the basis of appraisement of the atmospheric environment, the paper present the pollution situation and the achievement of the prevention of atmospheric pollution in recent in Kuitun. To make the research of the atmospheric pollution of the city more scientific, the paper applies the Spear—Man's sequence—interrelation coefficient and takes synthetically the artificial factors and the climatic conditions into account and analyses the annual variation tendency in the atmospheric pollutants of NO_x、falled dust、SO_2 and TSP. The analyses show that the content of NO_x is on the increase, the content of falled dust is on the decrease, the content of SO_2 and TSP don't change obviously.According to the interaction between the complicated artificial factors and the complicated natural factors, the paper makes thorough researches on the seasonal variation of the atmospheric pollution, and discusses mainly that the great difference between the winter and the summer in climate produce an influence on the atmospheric environment. During a year, the atmospheric quality is the best in summer, worst in winter, the atmospheric quality of spring is better than that of autumn. After that, the paper regards the city as a box and forecasts the atmospheric environment of the end of the 20th century in Kuitun. The forecast shows that the task of environmental protection in the city will be arduous in the future.
