摘要 目的 研究猪肾近端小管的超微结构。方法 树脂包埋 -超薄切片、透射电子显微镜技术。结果 猪肾近端小管可分S1、S2、S3和S4段构成 ,其中S1、S2段构成了近端小管曲部 ,S3、S4段构成了近端小管直部。本文对各段细胞超微结构特点进行详细的描述。 Objective To observe the ultrastructrues of renal proximal tubule in pig kidney. Methods Electron microscopy was used. Results The results show that the proximal tubule was composed of four segments,S1,S2,S3 and S4.S1 and S2 constitute the proximal convoluted parts and S3 and S4 constitute the proximal staight parts. The epithelial cells of each segment were described ultrastructurally in detail. Conclusions The proximal tubule of pig kidney has the similar ultrastructures as that of human kidney.
