摘要
目的 探讨创伤应激情况下应激器官甲状腺和肾上腺的形态与功能变化。方法 对大鼠爆炸伤后不同时相点的肾上腺和甲状腺进行光、电镜观察。结果 爆炸损伤后引起动物强烈应激反应 ,应激器官肾上腺和甲状腺发生一系列病理变化 ,病理过程表现为 3期 :伤后早期 (第 1~ 3天 )为过度应激期 ,表现为细胞内颗粒大量排空 ,甚至引起细胞破裂 ,皮质激素和甲状腺素过度释放 ;继之 (第 7天 )为功能衰竭期 ,滤泡塌陷、细胞退变和萎缩 ;以后 (第 2 0~ 2 6天 )出现修复改变。结论 爆炸伤后引起动物过度应激反应 ,创伤后应激性疾病 (PTSD)
Objective To investigate the morphological and functional changes of the adrenal cortex thyroid and of stress rats after injury. Methods The adrenal cortex and the thyroid after explosion injury were observed by light and electron microscopy. Results Explosion injury resulted in a strong stress reaction and a series of pathological changes in the adrenal cortex and thyroid of rats. The pathological process included 3 stages: excessive stress stage (1-3 d), characterized by a lot of secreted granules of adrenal cortex cells and thyroid follicle cells were excluded, cells broken, and over release of the hormone and thyroxin; function failure stage (7 d), characterized by weakened function, degenerative and atrophic cells, and collapsed follicles; and repair stage (20-26 d), characterized by improved morphology and function. Conclusion Explosion injury can lead to strong stress reaction of rats. Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is closely associated with the morphological and functional changes of stress organs.
