摘要
目的 探讨影响咪唑安定 -芬太尼 -异丙酚联合诱导时间的主要因素。方法 对 170例静吸复合全麻患者采用不同剂量的咪唑安定、芬太尼和异丙酚联合诱导麻醉 ,将睫毛反射消失作为意识消失的指标 ,观察麻醉诱导时间。应用逐步回归法分析影响麻醉诱导时间的主要因素。结果 在选入、剔除水平取 0 .10时 ,17个研究因素中有异丙酚注药速度 (RATE)、咪唑安定用量 (MI)、芬太尼用量 (FEN)、总体重 (TBW)、身高 (HT)、稀释异丙酚与否 (DI)、年龄 (AGE)和用药途径 (APP) 8个因素进入最优线性回归方程 ,标准偏回归系数分别为 - 0 .30 8、- 0 .2 74、- 0 .2 2 8、0 .191、0 .174、- 0 .15 9、- 0 .139和 0 .135。结论 影响异丙酚麻醉诱导时间的主要因素为RATE、MI、FEN、TBW、HT、DI、AGE和 APP。
Objective To evaluate the determinants of midazol-fentany-propofol induction time. Methods It was determined in 170 patients aged 8 t 76 years,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ patients.Forward and backward stepwise multiply liner regression models were used to select important factors with offect of induction time.Results The rate of propofol administration(RATE),dose of midazol (MI) and fentanyl (FEN),total body weight(TBW),height(HT),diluted or undiluted propofol (DI),patients'age and the drug approach (APP)were independently associated with the induction time when slentary and slstay level=0.10.Standardized partial regression coefficient of these were -0.308?-0.274?-0.228 ?0.191?0.174 ?-0.159?-0.139 and 0.135,respectively.Conclusion It is suggested that propofol induction time can be determined by eight variables:RATE、MI、FEN、TBW、HT、DI、AGE and APP.
