摘要
采用超声-电沉积法,在20钢上制备Ni基纳米Si3N4复合镀层。研究纳米Si3N4含量、阴极电流密度、超声功率的大小等对复合镀层耐磨性能的影响。利用正交试验法优选出最佳工艺参数;并利用扫描电镜(SEM)对镀层微观组织形貌进行观察和分析。
Ni-nano Si3N4 composite coatings were prepared on the 20 steel substrates by ultrasonic-electrodeposited technology. The effect of Si3 N4 concentration, current density and ultrasonic power on hardness and wear resistance of deposited coating were mostly studied. The optimum technological parameters were obtained by orthogonal experiment;besides,we still observed metallurgical structure and surface morphology with SEM.
