摘要
本文以质量平衡、能量平衡、化学反应动力学及热力学为基础,建立了常压固定床煤气化过程的数学模型。用FORTRAN语言编制了软件程序。应用计算机模拟两段式煤气发生炉不同工艺参数的气化过程,并与一段式炉进行了对比。
In this study a mathematical model describing atmospheric fixed bed coal gasification process has been established based on mass and energy balances, kinetics and thermodynamics of chemical reaction. The computer simulation is programmed with FORTRAN.The computer simulation is applied for the gasification process of two-stage gasifier with different technological parameters. The simulation results of the process of two-stage gasifier are compared with those of the process of one-stage gasifier.
