摘要
目的 总结丹参注射液联合硒锌治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法 选取80例脂肪肝患者,随机分成两组。观察组60例,采用丹参注射液滴注联合硒锌片口服治疗;对照组20例,采用健肝灵、绞股蓝胶囊治疗。疗程均为1月。结果 观察组降酶降脂作用显著,总有效率91.7％;对照组有一定降酶效果(P<0.01),但降脂效果不显著(P>0.05),总有效率50％。两组患者的总有效率比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论 该治疗对脂肪肝有改善肝功能,修复受损肝细胞,降低血脂的作用。
Objective It is to observe the effect Zinc and Selenium of with Dan-Shen injection in the treatment of steatothepatitis. Methods forty eight cases with steatohepatitis were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty six cases of observed group were given Zinc and Selenium with Dan-Shen injection. Twelve cases of control group were given Jiang-ganling capsule and Jiao-gulan capsule. Results: At the end of treatment, the level of serum ALT. AST, TG, TC were significantly decreased in the observed group (P<0.01). The level of serum ALT, AST, TC, TC were not significantly reduced (P>0.05). Conclusion It indicated that with Dan-Shen injection to treat steatohepatitis is more effective.
