摘要
目的 :建立产气肠杆菌 (EA)随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术基因分型谱。方法 :以优化的反应体系和单一随机引物对临床分离的 10 8株EA进行RAPD法基因分型并绘制基因分型图谱。结果 :10 8株临床分离EA共得72种RAPD型。结论 :RAPD技术可将临床分离的EA分为 72型。
Objective: To establish the genotype profile of Enterobacter aerogenes (EA) by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. Methods: Optimal reaction system and single random primer of RAPD were used for genotyping of the 108 strains of EA isolated from the clinical samples and the genotype profile was drawn. Results: Seventy-two kinds of RAPD genotype profile were established among the 108 strains of EA. Conclusion: Seventy-two kinds of genotype profile could be obtained by RAPD technique in the EA isolated from clinical samples.
