摘要
目的 :探讨治疗高脂血症的有效疗法。方法 :将 14 1例高脂血症患者随机分为脏腑背俞穴埋线结合耳针治疗 6 5例 (观察组 )与单纯耳针治疗 4 4例 (耳针对照组 )和单纯口服药物治疗 32例(药物对照组 )进行疗效对照观察。结果 :观察组总有效率为 96 9% ,优于单纯耳针治疗的总有效率81 8% ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;更优于单纯药物治疗的总有效率 6 2 5 % ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :背俞穴埋线结合耳针治疗高脂血症疗效较好。
Objective To probe into an effective therapy for hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred and forty one cases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the observation group ( n =65) treated by embedding thread at Back shu points plus auricular acupuncture, the auricular acupuncture control group treated by simple auricular acupuncture, and the medicine control group ( n =32) treated by medicine. Their therapeutic effects were investigated. Results The total effective rate was 96 9% in the observation group, superior to 81 8% in the simple auricular acupuncture group ( P <0 05) and 62 5% in the medicine control group ( P <0 01). Conclusion Embedding thread at Back shu points combined with auricular acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect for hyperlipidemia.
