摘要
目的 :观察加味血府逐瘀方的抗肿瘤作用。方法 :建造S1 80 肉瘤、Lewis肺癌、HepA腹水性肝癌及SHG 4 4人脑恶性胶质瘤等小鼠移植模型 ,分别以蒸馏水为空白对照及环磷酰胺、顺铂和复方天仙胶囊为阳性对照药 ,给上述模型小鼠口服加味血府逐瘀方冲剂 ,观察对肿瘤的抑制作用 ;并对BT 32 5人脑多形性胶质母细胞瘤进行体外抑制实验。结果 :该冲剂对S1 80 肉瘤有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,抑瘤率达 30 %~ 4 9% ;对Lewis肺癌有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 0 5 ) ,抑瘤率达 2 5 %~ 35 % ;可延长HepA肝癌小鼠存活期 ,其生命延长率达 8%~ 12 % ;对SHG 4 4脑瘤有明显的抑制作用 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,抑瘤率达 4 2 %~ 5 6 % ;可在体外明显抑制BT 32 5人脑多形性胶质母细胞瘤的生长 (P <0 0 1) ,抑瘤率达 17 4 %。结论 :该方对实体瘤具有较好的抑制作用 。
Objective: To observe the effects of a modified Xuefu Zhuyu Formulation on carcinomas. Methods: 4 kind of models of cancer-transplanting mice, such as S 180 sarcom mice, Lewis lung cancer mice, hepatocarcinoma ascites (HepA) mice and SHG- 44 anthropo-cerebro-glioma nude, were constructed respectively. Each model mice were divided into control (NS) group, positive drug (100 mg/kg of CTX,ip or 5 mg/kg of cisplatin,ip) group, and lower-dose (30 mg/kg, po, for 10 day,) and higher-dose (111 mg/kg,po, for 10 day) group of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Formulation. The inhibiting action of the modified Xuefu Zhuyu Formulation on BT-325 anthropo-brain pleomorphism blastoma in vivo was also verified and compared with Tianxian pill. Results: The modified Xuefu Zhuyu Formulation showed significantly inhibiting action on S 180 sarcom(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and Lewis lung cancer(P<0.05), and the rate of inhibiting carcinoma was 30%~49% and 25%~35% respectively. It could prolong life of mice with HepA, and the rate of prolonging life was 8%~12%. It had obviously inhibition to anthropo-cetebro-glioma (P<0.05 or P<0.01), the rate of inhibiting the carcinoma was 42%~56%. Added anthropo-brain pleomorphism blastoma into the handled granule preparation and cultured, it could be found that the modified Xuefu Zhuyu Formulation had significant inhibition effect on the growth of anthropo-brain pleomorphism blastoma, and the rate was 17.4% (P<0.01). Conclusion:The modified Xuefu Zhuyu Formulation had better anti-carcinoma effect, especially to the anthropo-cerebro-glioma.
