摘要
讨论了采用电压 -电流法测定电线电缆绝缘电阻的过程中由测量重复性、电线电缆绝缘介质吸收和极化程度不均匀以及测量过程等因素所带来的不确定度分量 ,举例计算了测量电线电缆 70℃绝缘电阻的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度 .
The paper discusses the uncertainties occurring in the process of insulation resistance testing of electric cables and wires with the voltmeter-ammeter method. Factors causing those uncertainties include the repetition of measure, the uneven absorbability and polarizability of the insulated medium of electric cables and wires, and the measuring procedure itself. In addition, the paper provides example, in which the compositive standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are calculated in testing the insulated resistance of electric cables and wires under 70 degree centigrade.
