摘要
目的 :了解姜黄挥发油的毒性并探讨其对资源利用的影响。方法 :测定对小鼠用姜黄挥发油灌胃的急性毒性。结果 :小鼠用姜黄挥发油灌胃的 L D50 为 35 5 1.7± 195 .4 mg/ kg。结论 :姜黄挥发油具有中等毒性 。
Objective:To explore the acute toxicity of the volatile oil from Curcuma longa. and utilization Methods: Determine the acute toxicity of the volatile oil to mice. Results: The LD 50 of the volatile oil is 3 551.7±195.4 mg/kg in mice. Conclusion: The volatile oil from Curcuma longa has toxicity in intermediate grade and it is suggested that reducing a part of content of volatile oil in rhizomes of Gurcuma longa may enlarge the application range of the rhizomes.
