摘要
背景针刺对经络(穴位)内能量代谢规律及特征的影响目前尚处于起步阶段。目的观察电针对家兔足阳明经穴内组织氧分压的影响。设计随机自身对照、相互对照实验研究。地点和对象研究在湖南中医学院针灸经络研究所完成。对象选用新西兰大耳白兔,体质量2.0~2.5kg,雌雄兼用。干预对家兔足阳明经穴位梁门、天枢、足三里、解溪4穴及相应穴位左、右各旁开1cm对照线(点)共3组12个穴点进行电针处理。主要观察指标动态观察上述12个穴点在电针前后组织PO2的变化情况。结果电针家兔足阳明经上述各穴点后,其针后即刻与针前、针后15min与针前比较组织PO2值均明显降低(t(8)>2.365或3.499,P<0.05或0.01);而绝大部分非经对照观察点变化不明显(t(8)<2.365,P>0.05)。结论①针刺能使经穴内的组织PO2明显降低,提示针刺作用的产生与所刺激穴位内氧的消耗加大、代谢旺盛密切相关。②经穴线与非经穴线比较其PO2的变化具有相对特异性,提示经络通路的存在。
BACKGROUND:The effects of needling on the law and characters of the energetic metabolism in meridians and collaterals (acupoints) are still at the initial stage at present.OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of electric acupuncture at acupoints of foot yangming meridian on arterial oxygen pressure(PO2) of tissues in rabbits.DESIGN:Self comparatively randomized, mutually controlled trial design.SETTING and PARTIAPANTS:The study was accomplished in Institute of Acupuncture Moxbustion and Meridian collateral affiliated to Hunan College of Chinese Medicine. The rabbits with big ears from New Zealand of either sex, weighing 2.0-2.5 kg, were selected.INTERVENTION:The electric acupuncture was performed on 12 points including 3 groups on foot yangming meridian in rabbits,i.e.4 acupoints: liangmen(ST 21),tianshu(ST 25),zusanli(ST 36) and jiexi(ST 41);as well as the lines(points) for the control,1 cm bilateral to the corresponding points. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:To observe dynamically the changes in PO2 of tissues on the above mentioned 12 points before and after electric acupuncture.RESULTS: PO2 values of tissues on the above mentioned points on foot yangming maridian in rabbits with electric acupuncture were remarkably decreased in the comparisons between the results right after needling and before needling, and between the results 15 minutes after needling and before needling respectively (t(8) >2.365 or 3.499,P< 0.05 or 0.01). But on most observed points that were not located on the meridian, the changes were not obvious (t(8)< 2.365,P >05).CONCLUSION:①Needling can remarkably decrease PO2 of tissues on the meridian points, suggesting that the action of needling is closely related to the excessive consumption and metabolism of oxygen on the points stimulated.②By compared with the non meridian line, PO2 changes on the meridian line is relatively specific, indicating the existence of the pass way of meridian and collateral.
