摘要 采用非线性有限元法对2种材料不同尺寸的Ω环模型进行了弹塑性计算,得到了各危险截面处的内压-应变曲线。依据2倍弹性斜率准则确定了各个模型的极限内压,进而求得内压单独作用以及内压和轴向位移联合作用下极限载荷与结构参数的关系。通过曲线拟合得到了Ω环极限载荷的计算公式。极限载荷计算公式的建立为Ω环的设计与安全评价提供了依据。 The stress and displacement of Ω rings with two kinds of steels and various specifications were calculated by the elastic and plastic finite element method of ANSYS, and the corresponding load-displacement curves in the dangerous sections were obtained. The limit loads of these Ω rings were determined according to the twin elasticity slope criterion. The relationship between the limit load and the structural dimension of Ω rings were investigated under the action of the pressure or the pressure and the axial displacement. The formulae for calculating the limit load of Ω rings were derived by the regression of the FEM results.These formulae can be used in the design and the safety assessment of Ω rings.
