健心平律丸抗心律失常的机理研究 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]探讨健心平律丸抗心律失常的机理。[方法]SD大鼠90只,随机分成3组,即模型对照组,健心平律丸高、低剂量组;后两组分别按1.6、0.8g/lg剂量灌胃给药,模型组给予等容积生理盐水,连续7 d后,3组动物均复制阻断左冠状动脉致大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,采用心电图Ⅱ导联记录、连接蛋白43(Connexin 43,Cx 43_)免疫组化染色方法,观察健心平律丸对心肌缺血再灌注大鼠的心律失常发生率、病死率和心肌组织Cx 43表达的影响。[结果]健心平律丸可减少缺血再灌注大鼠心律失常的发生率及病死率,增强心肌组织Cx 43的表达。[结论]健心平律丸直接拮抗心肌损伤令Cx 43表达增强的作用,可能是其抗心律失常的机理之一。 [ Objective ] To investigate the mechanism of Jianxin Pinglu Pill (JPP) in counteracting arrhythmia. [Methods] Ninety rats were randomized into 3 groups: model (normal saline), high-dose JPP (1.6 g/kg) and low-dose JPP (0.8g/kg) . The treatment lasted 7 days. Rat models with myocardial ischemia /repermsion were established by blocking left coronary artery. Ⅱ lead of electrocardiogram was recorded, connexin 43 (Cx 43) was detected by immunohistochemical assay. The effect of JPP on incidence of arrhythmia, death rate and the expression of connexin 43 in the myocardium was observed. [Results] JPP could decrease the incidence of arrhythmia and death rate obviously and enhance the expression of connexin 43 in myocardium. [ Conclusion ] JPP can counteract the damage of myocardial ischemia /reperfusion to enhance Cx 43 expression, and this is one of its possible mechanism.
