摘要
笔者总结了11例高龄食管癌患者术后吻合口瘘的护理。根据老年人的特点进行针对性的个性化心理护理,患者皮肤、输液护理,胸腔闭式引流管的护理,良好的胃肠营养支持是促进患者康复的重要保证。
The author summarized their experience in nursing anastomotic fistula in 11 senile patients with esophageal carcinoma. She argued in the paper that the key guarantee of their rehabilitation existed in such measures as individualized mental care aiming at senile patients, care of skin, care of infusion, care of closed thoracic drain, and satisfactory support of gastrointestinal nutrition.
