摘要
基于电磁式漏磁检测原理 ,研制成一种用于煤气管道壁厚在线探测的无损检测装置 ,分析了其检测原理、结构组成、工作原理 .装置采用 32个传感器阵列的方式对管壁厚度进行检测 ,能实现径向自适应调节 ,以适应不同直径 40 0~ 65 0mm的管道 .这种装置与煤气管道机器人配合使用 。
Based on the electromagnetic flux leakage method, a NDT (No Destructive Testing) device which applies to gas pipe wall thickness testing is developed. The testing principle, structure, and executive process is introduced. The device detects the pipe wall thickness by thirty two sensor array along the inner pipe. The device has the adaptive ability along radius, and it can work in pipes of different diameter from 400 to 500 millimeter. During the testing process, the device moves in pipe tracked by pipe robot. Working with gas pipe detection robot, the wall thickness testing in long-distance gas pipe can be realized.
